2. Accuracy of Information
Clients must provide accurate information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or false information.
3. Consultancy Fees
Fees will be communicated clearly upfront. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. No Guarantee of Loan Approval
We do not guarantee approval, amount, or interest rates. Final decisions lie with the financial institution.
5. Third-Party Involvement
We coordinate with banks and other parties. We are not responsible for their delays or decisions.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain client confidentiality. Documents may be shared with banks for processing purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loan rejection, policy changes, delays by lenders, or property disputes.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide documents promptly and ensure information accuracy.
9. Real Estate Disclaimer
Legal verification is not provided. Property inspections and legal due diligence are your responsibility.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify services at any time without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in appropriate courts.
